Women's Conductor Retreat

Dr. Catherine Rand, the Director of Bands at University of Southern Mississippi, will be our guest clinician in a two day conducting retreat in Sacramento.  The Roseville Community Concert Band (plus observers and participants) will be the host band where conductors will get two sessions to work in front of the band.  Both participants and observers will work on conducting, rehearsal techniques, score study, etc.  The goal is to provide a safe space for women to collaborate, support each other, socialize, and work on improving their conducting skills.

DAY 1

There will be room for a limited number of participants to spend the night.
